Refund policy

At Visionarium, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our cinema, anime, and pop-culture art prints. Because each piece is custom-printed on demand specifically for you, our cancellation and return policies vary depending on your delivery location.

1. Order Cancellations: 1-Hour Grace Period (Worldwide)

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our printing process is fully automated.

• 1-Hour Window: All customers worldwide have 1 hour from the moment of purchase to cancel or modify their order.
• How to Cancel: You can request an immediate cancellation through our Cancellation / Return Portal or by emailing us directly at visionarium.cinema@gmail.com.
• After 1 Hour: Once this window passes, your order enters our automated production queue and cannot be modified, intercepted, or canceled before delivery.

2. 100% Free Replacement Guarantee (Worldwide)

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your print arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received an incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at visionarium.cinema@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• We will immediately arrange a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund.
• You do not need to ship damaged items back to us.

3. European Union & United Kingdom: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In full compliance with European Union and UK Consumer Protection Regulations, customers residing in the EU or UK are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving their goods.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package for any reason, without justification.
• How to Start a Return: Submit your request via our Withdrawal Form / Return Request Portal or contact us directly at visionarium.cinema@gmail.com.
• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, inside the original packaging.
• Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for direct return shipping costs to our studio in Italy:

4. Non-EU & International Orders (USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, UAE, etc.)

To prevent overproduction and environmental waste, all orders delivered outside the EU and UK are custom-printed upon order.

• Following the 1-hour cancellation grace period, all international sales delivered outside the EU and UK are final.
• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind on orders shipped outside the EU/UK.
• (All international shipments remain 100% protected by our Free Replacement Guarantee in the event of shipping damage or manufacturing defects).

5. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Under no circumstances can the following items be returned or refunded for change of mind:

• Digital Gift Cards
• Cine-Mystery Boxes: Surprise/curated sets where items are selected at random or include custom customer preferences.
• Bespoke / Custom Orders: Prints featuring personalized customer-specified text or custom imagery.

6. Refunds Processing

Once an authorized return is received and inspected at our Milan studio:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• Please note that card issuers and banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your statement.
